A Little Thing

About Us

Photography . Creative . Passionate

After photographing beautiful families in Cape Town for the past 8 years, we have recently relocated to Surrey, UK. This area has so much to offer and I have already found so many wonderful locations where I want to photograph my clients.
I am a mum to a 3 daughters, two human, one pooch. My biggest passion in life is photography…I take photos 7 days a week all year around. If I don’t photograph my clients you will find me taking photos of my children, friends or just random interesting people. I also enjoy street photography.

Other things I am passionate about are chocolate, music, forest walks with my furry daughter, Milo, long distance running, good films, cooking hot curry, travelling and meeting new people.

I can honestly say I have the best job in the world. Through my photography I get to meet such interesting people. I get the chance to interact with them and capture their specials moments and expressions in their life.

Photography changes the way I see the world. You can take 20 pictures of the same thing and they can all turn out completely different.
I love how I can freeze time and capture emotions between people. I want to capture your story, your uniqueness so you too can look back and treasure each of these moments.

“Early morning shoots after sunrise and 1-2 hours before sunset
are the most magical times to take photographs”

How it works

I specialise in lifestyle and storytelling photography. I won’t be asking you to look at the camera and say ‘cheese’…instead I will let you interact with your children, partner and capture moments when you engage in some activity or you are experiencing a moment that tells the story and captures something real about your family life, connections, emotions. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for a completed product to reach you. I don’t like rushing my work as I spend a lot of time making sure you are 100% happy with what I produce.

“Photographing people is my speciality – I also do street
photography and abstract in my spare time”
